I noticed this on my laptop when tossing a shader on and saw a FPS hit even with said shader disabled.

Everytime I restart my computer, when I start FFXIV, once I get into game, I need to open task manager (ctrl-alt-del) to get my FPS to go back to max, otherwise I am stuck at or so FPS with a GTX970 4GB and 16GB of RAM and I normally get 90 FPS with everything at max/ultra.
